Ken & Della Johnson, Lead Pastors
Pastor Kenneth Johnson is a dedicated servant of God, known for his passion for ministry, leadership, and community impact. As the Founder and Lead Pastor of New Heights Church in Indianapolis, he has built a thriving faith community focused on spiritual growth, biblical teaching, and transformational discipleship. Under his leadership, New Heights Church continues to expand its reach, fostering a culture of worship, service, and kingdom advancement.
In addition to launching New Heights Church, Pastor Johnson served as the Indianapolis Colts Chaplain, providing spiritual guidance and mentorship to players, coaches, and staff. His experience in ministry, leadership, and mentorship has allowed him to connect deeply with people from all walks of life, encouraging them to live out their faith with boldness and perseverance.
Beyond the church walls, Pastor Johnson is an author, motivational speaker, and recording artist, using various platforms to share messages of hope, resilience, and faith. His work through Emerging Eagles, his not-for-profit organization, continues to inspire and equip individuals to “Finish Strong” in their faith and calling.
Pastor Ken and his wife, Della, have been married for 40+ years and are deeply committed to restoring families back to the heart of God. With a firm belief that if he can reach the man, the family will follow, Pastor Johnson is passionate about strengthening marriages, empowering fathers, and building spiritually grounded households. Their vision for New Heights Church is to see families transformed by God’s love, biblical truth, and the power of community.
